At ASRV, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the gear is free of any signs of wear.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
